Our FAVORITE summer herbs for adding that little bit extra to any dish!

Basil:

• Genovese (Classic Sweet Basil) – The go-to for pesto, fresh sauces, and salads; aromatic and richly flavored.
• Lemon Basil – Bright, citrusy flavor that elevates salads, dressings, seafood, and cocktails.

Thyme:

• English Thyme – Robust, versatile, perfect for roasting, soups, and sauces.
• Lemon Thyme – Subtle citrusy note; excellent with chicken, fish, and vegetables.

Oregano:

• Greek Oregano – Bold, classic Mediterranean flavor; perfect for pizzas, pasta sauces, and grilling.
• Sweet Italian Oregano – Milder, aromatic, versatile for fresh and cooked dishes.

Available for pre-order starting November 10. Warm-weather veggies will be ready for pickup on May 2 at 2 pm.

• Don’t plant these herbs outside until nighttime lows are consistently above 50°F.
• Even if a plant survives 45°F nights, it will stall, and you lose growing time..

Pickup Date: May 2 @ 2 pm.

**If you are unable to pick up on this date, please arrange for someone to pick them up for you - we are unable to hold plants past the pickup date.

In cases of crop failure, substitutions will be made.
